Personal Leave

Accrued in dollars at a rate of 0.0577 of regular gross pay. This is the equivalent of 15 leave days. Leave is not accrued in hours. Employees do not lose any personal leave if their employment is terminated. All accrued personal leave will be paid out to the employee upon termination. Rate increases to 0.0673 after working for Hite Consulting, Inc. for five years. Leave is based on employment of at least one year and will be pro-rated during the first year of employment.

5 Days Hospitalization Leave

Per calendar year and requires an overnight stay in the hospital.

Benefits apply to full time employees (40 hours per week). Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, Long Term Disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Life Insurance, and 401K

Health Insurance

Currently Hite does not offer health insurance, but Hite will cover part of an employee’s health insurance premium upon employment.  The employees’ portion of the monthly premium is deducted each pay period from their pre-tax income.
